Chef Colasse brings you the flavors of his native France where his early years were spent working with world-renowned chefs, including several restaurants earning the esteemed Michelin Stars.

Chef Colasse’s talents brought him to Beverly Hills, where he spent several years working for both corporate and private ventures. A special invitation brought him to the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, where he joined the team at l’Atelier de Joël Robuchon to work with Chef Robuchon, credited as “Chef of the Century” operating 28 Michelin Guide stars – the most of any chef in the world.
